How does your Remote REIKI session work?

All Reiki Sessions are Conducted Remotely


Choose a time when you can be fully present, in the comfort of your own home or location of your choice. Allow yourself to surrender to the experience. We will NOT meet live in person or via video link.


We can communicate via phone call or text (678-369-3090) if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your session.


Sessions begin and conclude as scheduled, creating a sacred window for your healing journey.

To enhance the depth of your session, you may consider the following suggestions, though only an

However, I will incorporate all the below on my end as I find this is a great way to help establish a connection to each other and the Reiki Energies.

Surround yourself in a soothing atmosphere. If safe, you might light candles, burn sacred incense, diffuse essential oils, or gently dim the lights, inviting tranquility into your sanctuary.


2) Adorn Yourself in Comfort.
Wrap yourself in clothing that feels soft and comforting. Lie down or sit in a restful position with any blankets, pillows, or eye masks that help you feel cradled in the energy of divine rest.


3) Embrace Stillness.
Silence your phone and soften any possible distractions. This is your time to fully receive the radiant life force energy of Reiki and to allow yourself the pure gift of relaxation.


4) Set the Rhythm with Reiki Music.
Invite harmony into your space by playing Reiki music. Search for “Reiki music” in your favorite app to create a gentle background for our connection.


5) Set Your Intention.
Speak or meditate upon a high vibe intention for this session. It should be crafted with positive words of love and healing while focused on your desired outcome.

affirm: "I welcome and embrace all healing energies sent to me, allowing them to integrate with speed, ease, and grace for my highest and greatest good."


6) Following Your Session

Hydrate and Honor Yourself.
Drink plenty of water and be gentle with yourself afterward. The Reiki energies will continue their work within your energetic body for up to two weeks, during which time emotions, memories, or sensations may rise. This is a normal part of the healing process, a release that signifies movement and transformation. Let each feeling flow naturally; do not suppress them. Water, time in nature, meditation, a soothing bath, a nap, or any act of self-love will help support the shift.

How does the AURA Scan & BIO-RESONANCE Scan Work?

An Aura Scan and Bio-Resonance Scan use advanced frequency technology to analyze and balance your energetic and physical well-being.


The FIRST SESSION, conducted live via Google Meet, we’ll discuss your concerns, answer questions, and create a personalized profile in my frequency devices. As part of these sessions, you’ll receive a PDF or link emailed to you with your scan results for review and tracking results should you choose to continue with multiple sessions. Once set up, the healing frequencies can be sent remotely without the need for further video calls.
